Fallen Lore Question
So I have read my fair share of lore experts/grimore prices but one thing I'm want ask lore experts is....
What was each fallen house made for?
And what I mean is that in lore that each house i.e. Devils, wolves, Kings etc... Had their own part in the government I am just curious of each houses respected role in the elskini government before the whirlwind

The houses werent around on their home world. It wasnt until oryx attacked and caused the traveler to run that their politics fell to ruin and thus created the different houses similar to how when the collapse happened the vanguard, dead orbit and new monarchy and such came into being.
