Hey guys, i heard that account carries are illegal. So, they say it is illegal to share your login with the streamer on twitch and you get a ban from psn/bungie/twitch if you do so. Somebody know anything about this?

They won't do shit Fact
i was just asking for information, not because i want to do it or something
I sincerely doubt that. You wouldn't ask such questions unless you were thinking about doing it.

PAID carries (or any other payment for bungie services) are against the destiny terms of service, giving out your psn info is against playstations terms of service, both can get you permanently banned from their respective services.

I wouldn't do that anyway. Might put your account at risk and your characters can be deleted too.

I'll keep an eye out for you in the help forum when all your gear or a character gets deleted.

Edited by ADragonWithin: 1/17/2017 11:18:52 PMIt's against Twitch ToS to stream while intentionally breaking the game or content's ToS. Destiny does not specifically disallow sharing your account credentials, seeing as how you don't have Destiny account credentials. For sharing your account, you're bound by either PSN's or XBL's ToS and CoC. What IS definitely against the Destiny ToS is charging for such carrying services, as it's purposefully using the Destiny game and content for a commercial monetary service, so if you see such streamers, please do feel free to report them to both Twitch and Bungie. If you're using such a service, keep in mind that it is possible for you to be banned for doing so because of this very reason, so if you're using it and someone else reports, you'll have to deal with the consequences of your actions. Do keep in mind that requiring applicants for carries to be subbed/followed/etc might be construed as charging for the service, especially if the streamer directly benefits for such.
