Quarantine Patrols seem a bit too scarce
I've no trouble finding any of the other types of patrol markers, but Quarantine has eluded me completely for a week despite my best efforts. It's decided I'm not allowed to complete my patrol bounty, apparently.
Anyone else run into this issue?
Edit: Of course, the moment I post this, I run into an area where 2/3 of the beacons are Quarantine beacons. Ugh.
I think I noticed a pattern, though; I had a SIVA offering on me, went and did a round of Archon's Forge to get rid of it and then immediately found beacons. After completing the one, the other one in the area changed. I think holding a SIVA offering blocks them.
Even so, though. After doing one, using up my offering, going to orbit and going around, I'm not seeing them, even after doing a bunch of the patrols there to get them to reroll. They're definitely scarce.
..Also, while I have you here, what's up with there being only one 'Eliminate VIP' mission? I'm tired of killing that damn wizard.

I just want to comment that when I read this line on my laptop, this exact same thing happened to me haha It was a real drag tho... Edit: but ofcourse after I finished the first one, the second one turned into a bugged loot bounty..
