Most people have heard about the "First Curse" an exotic hand cannon that is remarked as underpowered because of its requirement for precision so what do you suggest to make this cool looking weapon functional?

It's already a decent weapon. It just demands a highly disciplined playstyle that requires careful aim and keeping your distance rather than going rambo and trying to outgun Clever Dragons in head-on firefights.
