I bought The Taken King Collector's Edition digital upgrade items while still on ps3. After upgrading to a ps4 I can't equip the items while still using the same account. It doesn't give me the option to download the content and instead says I have to pay again. I already tried restoring my licenses but it still says I have to pay. I feel after already purchasing the items and using them that I should be able to use them without having to pay again.
