I would suggest trying to restore your license on your console. If this doesn't work let me know.

Dang. Well, sorry to say but if you lost an item from your inventory Bungie is not able to restore it for any reason. If you are having issues with any DLC restoring a license should solve the problem as long as you purchased it. But, if you lost an item Bungie does not replace them.
