Bungie posted weeks ago there is a known issue with consoles on the same network having connection issues. They are investigating.

Never had issues with Japanese fiber optic and internet, since Crota - until the Dawning. Constant disconnects with bee, beetle and weasel error codes. Reset/factory reset both router and PS4, INCLUDING reinstalling the game, still the same. Even connected directly to fiber optic mode, still getinng error messages regarding connecting to destiny servers.

They did address it. They announced they have an issue and said they were investigating it.

Sorry dude just a little pissed can't play a game we invested a lot of time and money into.

My wife and I play on 2 PS4 consoles and have little to no issues. I do not know how we avoid the issues because I normally am on the bad side of luck. I assume it is due to the settings I entered on my router years ago.

Thanks but like you said weeks ago they did. Basically we have a problem but right now we are working on Destiny 2.
