A Whole Lot of Exotic Ideas

[b][u]This is just a compilation of exotic concepts that I found and figured needed re-posting. I do not take credit for any of them[/u][/b] [i]The High Noon[/i]- Exotic Hand Cannon "You know what time it is" Mag: 6, Very High Impact, Very Low RoF, Long Range, High Recoil. Exotic Perk: Ye Old Times- Each bullet must be reloaded individually. Each bullet fired from this weapon overpenetrates its target, and have an increased precision damage bonus. Exotic Perk: A Small Town- When you reload 6 bullets without interruption, the first bullet fired will have increased accuracy, and deals even more precision damage. [i]Orbital Strike[/i]- Exotic Void Fusion Rifle "ENEMIES TARGETED... EXECUTING PROTOCOL 66. WARNING!... COLLATERAL DAMAGE DETECTED---PERMISSION GRANTED" Mag: 3, Rounds in reserve: 5 Variable Charge Time, Variable Impact Exotic Perk: Custom Made Destruction- This weapon can be charged for up to 3 seconds, having a minimum charge time of 0.5 seconds. The longer the charge, the more damage this weapon will deal, and more sever will the recoil be. Exotic Perk: Reinforced Energy Cells- When you fully charge this weapon, you can keep holding RT (R2) to hold the discharge for up to 2 seconds. Holding the energy more than that will cause the weapon to explode, dealing heavy damage to yourself. [i]The Diplomacy[/i]- Exotic Void Shotgun "I don't want to fight, I'm here to negotiate" "And what is the gun for?" "To make sure you'll listen to me" Mag: 8, Rounds in reserve: 24 Low Impact, High RoF, High Stability Exotic Perk: The Decree- This weapon will always have at least 2 rounds when you respawn. You will find more ammo for this weapon. Exotic Perk: A Forged Alliance- Enemies hit by this weapon will take more damage from the next round fired. Missing a shot will reset these bonuses. [i]A Silver Needle[/i]- Exotic Solar Sidearm "A comet pierced through the sky. It looked gorgeous, so I reached my hand for it, and I tore it from the night" Mag: 6, Low RoF, Medium Impact, Long Range, Very Fast Charge Time. Exotic Perk: Silver Beam- This weapon does not fire bullets, instead it charges and fires a single beam of light that pierces its enemies. Exotic Perk: A Rift in the Sky- Killing an enemy with this weapon will cause them to explode in a nova of Light, briefly blinding nearby enemies. [i]The Rouge[/i]- Exotic Kinetic Sniper Rifle "We live in the wilds. Out there, we know no rules; except for one, find an advantage, and use it" Mag: 4, Medium Impact, Medium RoF Exotic Perk: Eagle Eyes- When zoomed in, you can press LS (L3) to switch the intensity of your Zoom, increasing or decreasing the Range of this weapon. Exotic Perk: Salvage- Each Primary Ammo block you pick up have a small chance of giving you extra bullets for this weapon. [i]The Warrior[/i]- Exotic Kinetic Shotgun "The City rests upon us. It is our duty to protect her, even if it means never coming back" Mag: 6, Medium Impact, Medium Stability, Low Range, Low RoF Exotic Perk: Warmonger- Each kill with this weapon will start your shield regeneration, while also giving you a brief movement speed boost. Exotic Perk: Controlled Advance- This weapon will have greatly reduced Recoil while you are crouching. [i]The Wizard[/i]- Exotic Kinetic Fusion Rifle "Only we understand true power. This knowledge carries a heavy weight, but also the will to keep learning" Mag: 5, Medium Charge Time, High Impact, Medium Stability Exotic Perk: Fountain of Knowledge- Kills with this weapon will give you bonus Grenade, Melee, and Super energy. Exotic Perk: Exhaustive Research- With full Melee energy, this weapon handles faster; with full Grenade energy, this weapon has increased Range; with full Super energy, this weapon deals more damage. [i]The Serpent[/i]- Exotic Hand Cannon "He said not to. Has that stopped you before?" Mag: 7, Total ammo: 63, Impact:66, ROF: 30, Range: 25, Stability: 50, Reload: 58 You may choose one of seven perks: [i]Wrath/Red: killing and enemy increases damage significantly for 10 seconds. Greed/Gold: Prescision kills will give you more glimmer. Sloth/Grey: Lowers ROF TO 12 but gives you a 13 shot magazine. Pride/Blue: Using a whole magazine will increase all stats slightly. This can stack 10 times and will reset back to zero if you reload early or swap weapon. Death would also reset the buff. Lust/Pink: Shots have a chance to have precision damage if it is a body shot (once or twice per magazine) Envy/Green: Increases damage against shielded enemies. (This Perk activates on oversheilds in Crucible .) Gluttony/White: Increases ROF to 40 and doubles total ammo but does less damage. [/i]
