Sadly nothing has been resolved for myself yet bud, so I have no way to help. It genuinely seems like a problem on bungie's end :(

Yeah. I believe I know the answer To yours and my problem. The account will "exist" when streaming on your console. Therefore, about a few minutes later while your streaming is going, your account will then "exist" and then can people can watch you.
