Shields dont regenerate all the time
When i get shot my shields sometimes dont regenerate,its really annoying.wondering if this has happened too anyone else?

Edited by Eriena: 11/17/2016 1:06:32 AMWhat exactly are you playing? For example The Nightfall this week had a modifier called "exposure", this modifier gives you more health but does not regenerate. Edit: Op was running Siva Heroic strikes which also have exposure this week.
