All I know is Arc Rocket Launchers are my fabled "unicorn" in this game. I have ONE that has had decent rolls.

Lol that's a good point, I've always just kind of settled for my arc rockets with whatever. Was that last bit for Bungie or me? I could probably think of something if you're curious.

Eh it was more just a statement, but hell, if you got it in ya, what's the harm😊. I got an Arc JLB-47 from the gunsmith a ways back that dropped with Tripod and and Tracking with a lovely Velocity and Blast Radius stat. It's the [i]ONLY[/i] one that's been worth keeping.
