Hunters, titans and warlocks alike are all very good in different situations. at times there are the better choices for classes but overall they are balanced fairly well.
Below i shall expand on the subclass balancing to show weaknesses and strengths:

[b]Gunslinger[/b]: aggressive, long range, taking out other supers, grenades= bad, melee= good.
[b]Blade dancer[/b]: aggressive, close range, taking out small groups of enemies, grenades= good, melee=good
[b]Night stalker[/b]: support, all range, disabling supers/small groups of enemies, grenades=bad, melee=good
[i]Titans[/i]:
[b]Striker[/b]: aggressive, close range, taking out small groups of enemies, grenades=good, melee=good
[b]Defender[/b]: support, protecting/buffing allies, grenades=decent, melee=good
[b]Sun breaker[/b]: aggressive, all range, taking out small groups of enemies, grenades= decent, melee=good
[i]Warlocks[/i]:
[b]Void walker[/b]: aggressive, all range, taking out small groups of enemies, grenades=bad, melee=good
[b]Sun singer[/b]: support, reassurance of life, grenades=good, melee=good
[b]Storm caller[/b]: aggressive, close/mid range, taking out small to large groups of enemies, grenades=bad, melee=good
