I was playing iron banner and i got a Clever Dragon to drop, i don't know if it's good though, i was gonna level it up and try it out and see for myself but that seemed dumb, didn't want to waste motes and weapon parts. It has high caliber rounds, braced frame, and counterbalance. Should I dismantle it or should I keep it?
