Exotic engram decryption bug ? Capped ?
Ok so here's the thing. I have been waiting to decrypt my exotics engrams after I hit the 390 light level to take as much advantage of the smart loot system. But is it just me or every engram decrypts at my current light level. I fell like there's an intentional cap. Example I'm 394 light my primary is at 394 and my primary weapon engrams decrypts at 394. Now i know that they are supposed to decrypt at your light level or higher. But every single time for like my last 10 exotics engrams at the exact same as my current light level ??? Or am I just unlucky all of a sudden ?

Edited by jezreel01: 11/7/2016 11:55:02 PMIts just RNG man...something everyone can't understand including me...maybe coz its "Random"...It favors some and not others...and is purely luck based...I think the loot system overall is better though since April patch....e.g. We convinced my friend to get the RoI DLC as he was over Destiny...he got it on a Friday night sitting at 320 light by Sunday night he was at 370 light...even now he gets insane drops and passed my light level...and I've been grinding from 335 at DLC launch and just keeping up with him at 397...it just doesn't make sense....
