The fact that most exotics are worse than legendary weapons is idiotic to begin with. They should feel unique and powerful, because you can only equip one at a time. They definitely need to rework the role of what an exotic weapon Is supposed to do/be

Agreed. Bungie have said an exotic is supposed to feel powerful without being too over the top powerful. These little intrinsic perks Ive added are an attempt at following that idea.
