I love this! Nice job!
The names are spot on too. Very creative and sounds balanced for the most part. The only tiny problem I saw was p&t. No scope glare?? Too OP

Im glad you like the changes. Spent alot of time working on the names of perks. For P&T, the scope glare woulf be gone only while invisible. So unless players are in sniper duels, I dont see it being too overpowered.
