Those are pretty overpowered when used in pvp. Cool perks and bonus but they would greatly ruin pvp. Especially the last word perk. I personally feel Exotic's shouldn't be used in pvp but that's just me.

If I may ask, which perks and changes do you think would be overpowered for PvP?
