Touch of Malice: Every kill restores a small portion of health. ( Instead of three rapid kills. ) I know, I know, who cares about Touch of Malice? Personally, I love the weapon. I love all the weapons related to the Hive. I got to use Necrochasm for all of a weekend before it got left behind. I would like to see the Hive related weapons get some love. Thorn: Either increase the range or the damage over time. Necrochasm: The weapon is fine, it actually melts in crucible. Just bring it forward. Touch of Malice: Listed above, just fix the health aspect to make it fun and relevant again. I was having fun in crucible the other day using nothing but the last round, it can still kill very quickly even if it was never meant to go into crucible. Bad Juju: Just increase the impact slightly, that would make it reasonably competitive. C'mon, it'll be fun.

  • I think that the problems with exotic is that their perks are supposed to make them feel unique, your supposed to notice when they prof and be like "damn what was that" and that's why I hate guns like MIDA and thunder lord, I don't notice the perks and it is as if I am using just a normal under powered weapon. I like the guns that actually FEEL EXOTIC, like telesto or supercell or bad juju, because with guns like those no gun has a perk even close to to its abilities and when it activates I feel like saying "wow this gun is really unique and worth the grind people will notice I'm using this gun and see it's ability and say wow what is that!"

  • The Touch of Malice idea isnt bad, I might include it. For Thorn Im on the fence, a longer spaced dot would go back to the early days where players were forced out of engagements for too long. Increased burn damage could work, but then the burn could be relied on for kills. I feel like Bad Juju just needs more base stability.

  • If I could get the Touch of Malice change, I would forget about doing anything with Thorn. I would also agree with you on Bad Juju. Used it again recently and the stability and maybe the range could use slight improvement but otherwise a very good weapon.

  • I feel like it might be a little strong in PvP though, its hard to say. Increased damage and immediately regenerating health on a kill would make it a monster in 1v1 fights.

  • That is why I said small portion of health. Not full regen like Red Death. Just a chunk, like it does now except on each kill instead of per every three rapid kills. Formidable? Yes. Unstoppable? Maybe in the right hands. The same can be said for a lot of weapons.

  • Ahh I see, I thought you meant Red Death style health regeneration upon kills. Yes that seems good to me. Maybe it could also charge melee and grenades upon kills?

  • Or increase agility, frenzied hunger. Force the player to use a sort of hit and run strategy in 6 v 6 arrangements. As it is the final round has no trouble eating players as long as you pay attention. The biggest risk is getting mopped up by the player behind your target. Increasing agility on kill would encourage escape. Swoop in, kill, vanish, repeat.

Noooo, don't make thorn MORE cancerous, you'll throw the pvp community into an even bigger rage about it.

  • Look, a small bump in the damage of the dot OR extending the ticks SLIGHTLY would not make Thorn OP. Just more capable and useful both in PvP and PvE. If people get too crazy with it, just throw on the artifact that reduces dot.

  • I'm not saying it would make it OP. Personally I don't really care, I'm just saying that any mention of thorn causes a ragestorm from all the whiners in PVP.

  • Haha, yes, this is true. The way I see it, content in Destiny between now and the next title will be lacking. Why not unleash the hounds and bring everything forward. Give us all a lot of good choices from out of our toy box.
