I like most of these, but there are some different changes I have in mind.
Hawkmoon:
- Revert recent Range and LitC damage nerfs
- Replace Quickdraw with Rifled Barrel
- Replace Hammer Forged with Reinforced Barrel
Hard Light:
- Add Arc Damage
- Bullets have minor tracking and deal increased damage after ricocheting
Red Death:
- Replace Unflinching with Reactive Reload
Hereafter:
- Blinding effect is larger and activates instantly after a kill

I definitely agree with an arc hard light.

I personally feel like Hand Cannons have decent range, especially Hawkmoon. Ghost bullets affect their accuracy far too much. If Hawkmoon had its old range as well as stronger lucky bullets, it would far outclass every other hand cannon. The other changes would be just as good.

Hawkmoon's range is terrible; it is among the lowest of Hand Cannons in its archetype. Even with my suggested range buffs, it would still suffer from ghost bullets; just not as often. These range buffs would bring it up to par with other Hand Cannons such as The Palindrome and Eyasluna, and then the buff to the lucky bullets would put it ahead of them; as an Exotic should be. The Last Word would still destroy it in close range. Thorn, with your buff, would be a definite challenger at close-mid range.

Now see, if Ghost Bullets were completely removed first and these changes were applied to Hawkmoon without the range increase, it would be a very strong pick. Outlaw and Luck In The Chamber are god roll picks for crucible. Chuck in Quickdraw and two extra bonus bullets and its a solid package. It may not have the range of Eyasluna or Palindrome, but it gives up range for utility. Ive never been a big hand cannon user, but for this post I used each of these weapons quite extensively to write it properly. I had decent success with Hawkmoon in crucible, just using it in mid range is great. But Im always left feeling it could just use that little bit extra.
