Please fix and improve ways of recruiting players to do older and recent raids!
I have been trying to do older raids, I tried doing raids like vault of glass, crota's end and king's fall. and every 80% of raid requests I ever made all get no one respond or accept my invitations.
And the remaining 20% that did either don't know how to play a raid as a team or quit early during a raid because they can't handle the challenge!
And don't get me started with asking groups for help, chatting in chat apps, or trying to cheese into it solo. because I tried them all and all failed badly!
My light level is 369 and yet no matter what light level you are or what weapons you got, it doesn't mean crap when there an exploders near you or when you get overwhelmed by hordes of enemies, or when you get left for dead with no one wanted to revive you.
What I'm only asking for (and I'm speaking for all players who never once completed a raid) is to please fix and find an improve way of getting players to form a raid team with that requester's time zone (EST, GMT, etc) regardless of which raid they want to play.
And there also should be an options that specifically say No Early Quitters and should specified which time zone that player is from.
please and thank you
