You can still use doctrine... auto rifles reward spraying while pulse rifles and hand canons reward precision shots, I assume that is their logic

lol, Hand canons reward precision? Two of the most popular hand canons require 0 and 1 headshot (last word and eyasluna/palindrome) to kill faster than every other archetype of weapon
