Outbreak prime bug
I'm not sure if this is an actual bug or intended (I hope it's not intended) if you shoot a ward of dawn with outbreak prime it spawns a siva cloud. WHich is fine but this then tracks you inside your bubble and damages or kills you.
If axions, firebolts, skips etc etc can't track through a WoD then neither should this pulse.

2 RepliesI think it is because the bubble itself has a health bar, so the OP does what it normally does to enemies: creates a SIVA cloud after multiple hits. Yeah, these should not track inside the bubble, but the nanites do not really do that much dmg anyway. If Bungie does anything, it should be to make them not go inside the bubble.
