GIVE TIPS FOR A NEW PLAYER?
I'm getting more into Destiny, and I was wondering if anyone browsing these forums could give me any tips on idk Destiny in general? Also about stuff like "what do sherpas like in the people they guide" or "how to get more into pvp" and whether working towards Trials would be worth it? Or if I should just stick to PvE? This is also one of the first video games I've ever really played so just general video game tips would be cool too?
Also, why does everyone say the Destiny community is cancerous?

1 ReplyAs a sherpa, what I like to see in groups is good communication and focus. I find those two things essential for raids. If you're trying to get into crucible, the best advice I can give you is to try as many loadouts as possible. Also try to find your strengths and weaknesses, and change your playstyle/weapons accordingly. Watching other people play helps alot to. I would highly reccomend you watch videos from TrueVanguard. And if you ever get really frustrated in the crucible, just drop the controler and take a short break. You should take a break at leat once every 6-8 games. Also, the biggest advice I can give you about Destiny is ```Don't play alone``. Go to LFG sites or find a clan. Playing by yourself is boring af in this game.
