Exotic Boots LL Issue
I'm 392 Light Level. Have been for a good while now. Every time I get an Exotic Boot engram, it decrypts at 391. If my understanding is correct (and I already know it is) about Exotics decrypting AT or ABOVE your current Light Level, then this is clearly not functioning correctly. It's happened 3 times now with 3 Exotic Boot engrams.
If anyone else is experiencing this, please add your voice to this to help shine some light on it.
Bungie, can you please look into and fix this ASAP?
