Thorn is a joke right now. Since RoI I've seen it only a couple of times, anywhere. I've been killed by it maybe a handfull of times. It competes with nothing, I've found Down And Doubts that performed better than it. So it's fine compared to what exactly? Honestly, I could go on to say that exotic primaries in general are broken. That is a big problem.
