I pay it on pc and for some reason there's only ever like 4-5 servers that actually have people in them. Not sure why

Likely because the rent-a-server program isn't up yet. I'm sure once it releases there will be more. Or its just a bug. I don't know.

Have you been using the server browser? This happened to me on ps4 as well until I started using that

Yeah I am, when I do that it's only 5 servers that have people in them

What settings are you using when you do the search? Like specific game modes number of people in servers countries etc. Double check them all especially on PC you should have like at least 100 servers to choose from at any time.
