For people who help others through the raid
What are things that you look for when deciding what teams to help? What are things that annoy you? What are things that you like to see in raid teams you opt to help?
I've seen a lot of people complaining about others not willing to help, I've always been of the mindset that the person has the choice of if they want to help. My goal of this post is to get a conversation going so people who are looking for help can see what players are looking for as they decide to help others.

For me I look for other people carrying provided and this is the biggie if you are carrying people do not require higher light then the lowest person. If you pick and choose so be it. I also prefer when people straight up tell me it's the first time I will then ask if they watched a video or two. In my opinion it's just respectful to come in with a little knowledge. Now once you are in my group the only person that gets you removed is you mistakes are fine own up to them and don't be an asshat.
