Hi,
All physical versions of the game are just the base Destiny game on disc while all the DLC content is unlocked via codes. You will need to find your codes and redeem them in order to unlock the content.

You can try reaching out to the retailer and explaining what happened, but I'm honestly not sure they will be able to do anything.
