Exotic Hand Cannons

So as it stands now, most exotic hand cannons (save ace of spades) are in a bad place. They under-perform in their intended roles, I have a few ideas for how to fix it, however, a re-occurring issue that needs to be fixed is how range works on a hand cannon. Bloom is too inconsistent and there is no clear definition of effective range with most hand cannons as a result. [b]Thorn[/b] Thorn right now feels weak, which as someone who never liked seeing it in crucible in year 1, is not necessarily upsetting to me. However, that being said, the whole point of exotics is that they should feel unique, the burn of thorn in it's current state feels useless save a few specific circumstances. But with the old thorn, you could double tap and run knowing the kill was secured. That being said however, with the new artifact lowering burn damage, i feel it is safe to bring back the old burn value but with a slight tweak to the weapon archetype: lower the rof, this lowers the ttk to safe levels while still having it feel useful [b]Hawkmoon[/b] Ah yes, my favorite exotic hand cannon. Honestly, it feels fine most of the time, however, In one hour of using hawkmoon in crucible I hit more ghost bullets than I ever have with anything else. I agree it shouldn't have the sniping potential of Y1 hawkmoon, as it hits like a truck, but it isn't even reliable in its intended range at the moment. [b]The First Curse[/b] I don't use this weapon because it does not even seem worth my time, it's clunky and the exotic perk is lackluster. Either add something that makes it a two shot kill on more than just minimum armor or make it more reliable at range. [b]The Last Word[/b] Everyone has a different view of this weapon: a lot of people think it needs to be buffed, and a lot think it needs to be nerfed. I have an idea that will hopefully make it fill its intended role as a close quarters weapon. Nerf the range and bring back the hip fire damage increase. As a rapid fire hand cannon, it is supposed to melt in close ranges, the issue arises when it's still a dominant choice at medium ranges as well. That's all for now, let me know what you think
