Strike 3: A Mind Reborn

The House of Angels is trying to splice the Nexus Mind with their own technology. End it before the Mind has been revived. Ghost: "You remember Sekrion, right? The Nexus Mind, we killed it a while back? Well, the Angels are attempting to one, remove its parts and splice themselves with them, and two, make Sekrion a Spliced Hydra. Let's prevent that from happening, shall we?" You spawn in the Ishtar Commons, the Skiff that is in the middle has almost been completely covered by vines. Moving into the N/Gen Branch, you now have to find and kill three Spliced Captains rather than three Servitors. Ghost: "Alright, I'm picking up some Spliced Captains coming in." After killing the Captains, you move into Dig Site 4. Ghost: "We're almost there. Wait... I'm detecting something close." Upon entering the dig site, you see a group of Splicer Majors consisting of a Captain, four Vandals and three Dregs. The Captain is holding a Line Rifle, the Vandals are holding Slap Rifles, and the Dregs are wielding Shock Swords. Ghost: "Oh no, they've already gotten here. We need to hurry to the Nexus!" Heading into the Nexus, the walkway in the cavern is now populated by Angel Vandals and a few Angel Dregs. In the Nexus, you see that Sekrion has already been spliced. Ghost: "They've already spliced the Mind! Take it out!" Sekrion, Perfected Mind now has Walker Quad-cannons where its Axion Mauls would be. Its shield has changed into a red shield, which covers all of its lower body and is segmented near the top into three extensions that cover its Eye, which has been replaced with a miniature Servitor. Along with Sekrion now firing Quad Cannon shots, when they are not charging it will fire Servitor artillery with its Eye. Upon getting the Perfected Mind to 1/2 health, a second Boss will appear: Kumik, Splicer Priest. To harm him, either shoot his head or the Mind Core on his stomach. Both are crit spots, and his chest is only a normal hit spot. Shooting any other Minotaur parts will only register as immune. If Kumik is killed first, Sekrion will emit a loud noise and fire its Artillery constantly, and its Quad Cannons will charge faster. If Sekrion is killed first, two things will happen: Kumik will roar and close his stomach, and will also fire his Torch Cannon faster. The Servitor that was Sekrion's Eye will rip out of the socket, fly over to Kumik and will be grabbed by him. Kumik will now fire the Eye as well as his Torch Cannon. After the fight ends... Ghost: "So... that could've been worse. Still, well done."
