Husk of the Pit from Fist of Crota??? (Answered)
So I've made a new warlock just to get rid of the spark I got with RoI, got her to 40 already. I'm running through all the story missions and just got Husk of the Pit drop from Sardon on the Fist of Crota.
I thought it was only supposed to drop from Crota?
And what am I supposed to do with it now? Knowing its something to do with Necrochasm is the limits of my knowledge (I'm a late Taken Tot).

3 RepliesThe essence of Crota is what drops from Crota, the Husk drops from the swordbearing Knights on Earth or the moon (that you take the sword from). Charge the rifle with I think 500 or so Hive kills and when you get the essence and some other things, turn it into the Necro, and get the card because that's all that's worth.

Oh just realized I forgot that once you charge the husk you get a legendary rifle, which once maxed can become Necro with the Essence.

1 ReplyEdited by Pivotaldude405: 10/21/2016 8:19:24 PMWhen you upgrade the Husk, it turns into a legendary weapon called Eidolon Ally. A thing called a crux drops from Crota which turns the Eidolon Ally into an exotic Necrochasm.

So you'll need to kill hive with it. Then eris used to sell. Idk if she still does, the item to make it an edlion ally (might of butchered the spelling) then you need to do hard mode crota, and pray he drops the crux of crota to make it necrochasm.
