Cant play with my son or partner

i own 2 xbox ones 2 copys of destiny and we both have roi does anyone know how to fix this

  • This is actually not a Bungie problem. It's a network issue that deals with how your [b]home [/b]router handles your network traffic for [b]multiple [/b]Xboxes on [b]one [/b]network. It's a known issue with Xbox in general. Actually it's not really even an issue. It's just how IP communications work and a protocol called NAT. Basically follow the directions bellow regarding UPnP. It's a protocol that allows your home router to communicate correctly for devices who use the same communication channels(i.e. your Xboxes). Just make sure its enabled on whatever router you are using. Unfortunately not all routers are created equal! For instance if you use AT&T U-verse in the States, their routers do not support UPnP. Therefor you may have to buy a new one and install it on the backend of the U-verse router and plug your Xboxes into that. Anyway look into UPnP and you should be good to go.
