I'm currently at work. The highest light level any of my characters can meet is currently 380. I can obviously reach higher levels but some hard mode drops would help push me further. Is 380 comfortable enough to start the raid or should I wait until a few more levels and just do another Normal mode run for the week? I'm in no particular rush.
