Missing SIVA Key Fragments

Yesterday I ran part of the raid to finish up my Exotic Pulse Rifle quest and at the time I had about 45 SIVA Key Fragments. Now I logged in and they are all gone... anyone else?

Still an issue. I lost about 75 today. Had them last night, but when I signed in today they were all gone.
