Outbreak Prime is disgusting in PvP
I have nothing to say except "what the hell were you 'thinking' Bungie?".

it is powerful because getting it is relatively difficult. I mean if it wasn't why would you want it? when a clever dragon, hawksaw or blind perdition all are great PRs and don't consume an exotic slot.
