This seems kind of odd, but I would like Bungie to bring back a few Rares from [i]The Dark Below[/i], specifically the Stalker BNGL and the Evergreen II.I. These 2 weapons not only have a unique design and textures, but they are also quite good weapons. The Stalker BNGL Is a Med-ROF Scout Rifle and the Evergreen is a Low-ROF Pulse Rifle.
