Touch of Malice is really only useful in the King's Fall raid.
I don't think the issue is that very few people have it, it's that very few people use it outside of the raid.
For the record, I don't have Outbreak Prime and probably never will, at this rate -- but I do have Touch of Malice.

How so? I saw something about not working in the bubble mentioned above. Did they literally take its singular use and crush it? If so, *giant facepalm*.

Yea I think it still works in the sisters bubble and the brand during the oryx encounter(I forgot about that) but I heard that the Titan bubble is ineffective against it's burn now. Idk how true this is or if it means the gun is all but pointless but I saw someone else talking about this as well. It makes sense so it couldn't be used in future raids.

Hmm, wouldn't it be pointless to use within a Titan's bubble? So long as it still works during the Sisters/Oryx encounters, I'm okay with it.

Well from my understanding blessing doesn't work on it any more. Meaning ogres aren't melted. You could still do double Titan I believe but I think the ToM will kill you if it was used during this part.

Yea I loved being bubble Titan. I didn't mind running either. I just heard that is what happened to the ToM. Sucks but it sounds like it's be true.
