As bungie store customer service is terrible I would like to request help here I ordered the taken king soundtrack but the code that came with it was already in use I already sent a support request to them but they still haven't responded. I think they need to change aim from 2 days to respond to 2 weeks to respond.

I usually get screwed. My experience is they either [b]A) Underestimate the difficulty and try it themselves[/b] And screw things up royally as they realize how complex warehouse management and delivery can get. They get in over their head, support slows down, etc. [b]B) Find the cheapest 3rd party to run it for them possible, because they underestimated it...[/b] And similar to A, the fly-by-night 3rd party handles it poorly. Support sucks, they don't respond, etc. I've seen A+B too many times to ever want to deal with that noise again. I'm going to "guess" it's B here but who knows.
