A quest line can't get ornaments because what happens if it dropped and you haven't even got the quest?

Except you get Ornaments for others you don't have. For me, I have them for Nemesis Star and The Tresspasser, yet don't have those weapons yet. I also had an Ornament for the Khvovstov way before I even started the quest for it. They drop anyway, despite having the Quest or not.

True and the ornaments you mentioned (excluding the kvostov) are the ones I've got and I don't have them but the thorn is such a rare quest it doesn't seem like something that would drop but maybe you could get the ornaments after you've done the quest so it doesn't waste it for other people Btw I liked the ornament ideas

Theyre permanent once infused so i guess it helps to be prepared. Contrary to Auroras argument, it's not only ugly ornaments thatvyou dismantle, but also repeats, since you have no need for them anymore. You can actively switch between ornaments after theyve been applied and deactivate them at your leisure, at literally no extra cost.
