Everything you just posted is completely irrelevant unless your friend also is your neighbor or at the very least living in the same post district.
Also, does Canada fall under international shipping? If that's the case and unless you paid extra you're not going to be able to track the package.

Funny thing: He is my neighbor. And it does have tracking as a UPS package. And mine has not yet shipped. That is the key point here. Mine has not yet shipped. His has. I ordered first. Why is Bungie Store filling orders out of order? There is no good reason for it. It is a bad business practice.

I have no reason to defend them but they've been all over it when I've contacted them.
