I would say Dames of Destiny but I've heard both good and bad about them. I've found the best thing to do is join LFG teams and when you hit off with people try and join their clan.

Hi, You would be welcome in our clan! We are a laid back, active clan that uses the app BAND to talk outside the game and find fireteams and such. We also now feature a multi clan chat that will give you access to another 100+ active players. We are mostly vets but welcome new players as well, everyone is friendly and enjoys helping each other out whether it's just raising your light level or helping you pick up a spindle or a sword. The vets are either raiding constantly or in trials on the weekend. We do all PvP/PvE though and coe, nightfall, and such are very popular. Also we stretch from California to Amsterdam so no matter what time you hop on, even on a day off, there will be folks around to team up with. Hey there! We are a pretty new XBOX 1 Clan with Day One Guardians who had enough of switching and searching for Clans and Groups so we decided to make one. What we offer.. from PvE (Raid, Strikes, NF,...) to PvP (Private Matches, Trials, Crucible..) We don't have any high requirments except for you to be active and matured. We are a group of real life friends who have been playing together for around a decade. Most of us are married & have kids. Right now, we are mostly just looking for people to play end game activities with so we don't have to LFG for groups. Most nights there is usually one or two of us on with a couple more playing on the weekends. We play pretty regularly and it would be great to pull members from the clan to do things in-game. Most of the time we play PVE (raid/challenges/COO/forge, etc) but occasionally dabble in Trials. We sometimes don't use microphones and also may have to leave at a moment's notice. We are female friendly and love diversity. Tl;dr : We are mostly a group of 30+ year olds who like to play destiny whenever we can
