This is complete crap bungie.
You need to stop with this this is the dumbest quest anyone's ever seen, my fireteam and I spent 2 nights of hell going to work exhausted trying to get your dumbass pulse rifle only for none of the puzzles to work on multiple solutions and restarts and everything. Give.me.a.break fix your shit or don't program shit like this if you can even do it right. Extremely pissed at this patheticness

Just watch dpj. All his worked for my clans progress and that's 9 people. Considering the puzzle is the same for the first two parts really I'd say it's more likely a fireteam member is messing up.
