Same here 3 different scores on each character. Every time I switch characters I get score card flashes on bottom of screen as well as faction rank. So today I switched from hunter to Titan got 7 cluster cards and rank 1 and rank 2 for FWC. I'm not even using FWC at the minute and they are well past rank 3 before rise of iron. Weekly news post says grimoire is character earnt and can be lost it you delete a character. Doesn't say what grimoire has to be earnt on each character I'll assume clusters. I haven't done the maths but I don't think if I collected all clusters on each character they were all have the same score.
