Hello, In order to progress in this quest, you must be wearing a Future War Cult Shader, Emblem, and [u]Class Item[/u]. (Class Items = Titan Mark, Hunter Cloak, or Warlock Bond) [b][u]However[/u][/b], with the launch of Rise of Iron, some of the new Year 3 Faction Class Items aren't being properly recognized, preventing progression for the Exotic Faction Class Item Quests. Bungie is fully aware of this issue and they are investigating it.
