Looking for mature, semi-casual, XB1 Clan

I'm "old" by gaming standards, but I also fit into the "experienced" category. Console style gaming has not traditionally been my thing, and I've only been on XBox Live since late last year. Destiny has become my game of choice. The controller style approach causes me to get lost visually (I lose orientation to which way I'm facing - left/right/up/down) on occasion, and am not the most accurate shooter. That said, I play smart. I die seldom, but I pay attention to came mechanics better than most any non-hard core player. I've played multiple MMO's over the years, and been an RL in a couple of them. I've lead successful raids with as many as 72 players, and won with low numbers raids where we won with far fewer people than typically thought of as needed. Nutshell: My game play is more about strategy than accuracy. My play is somewhat sporadic. I can enjoy raiding, but I have a large number of other commitments, so true "raiding" clans probably shouldn't be interested (I won't consistently make raids - I'll just enjoy the ones I do attend and take my role in them seriously). A clan that does raid would be a bonus for me, but is not required. I live in the US in the PNW. I sometimes play mid-day, and sometimes play in the evening. If in the evening, usually later in the evening. I very much enjoy helping others do their thing, but have been known to let myself get taken advantage of so much there I burnt out. That's me, now on to you... You're mature. That isn't a number of years you've been alive, but a typical behavior. (language isn't over the top, treatment of others is respectful). You're about experiences over stats. Sure, you want to do well and succeed, but the fun along the way is the big thing. You want to play well, but you're not beating yourself of anyone else up if you/they don't. You're large enough to generally have at least a few people online, but small enough that you actually get to know each other (I have several real life very good friends that I met through online gaming) That's a lot for a clan request, but I take my clan/guild affiliation somewhat seriously. If you think I might be a fit, PM me and tell me where to find out more about your clan. Just sending an invite without a connection to say why we might be a fit for each other? Well, that's a way to let me know we aren't a fit for each other.... ;)
