I Purchased the Rise of Iron with the Pre Order bonus from the PlayStation Store via the console and it showing that the Pre Order bonus is installed. But when Rise of Iron was released I didn't receive anything from the Postmaster. I have now been playing and finished everything but the raid so I have the Gjallarhorn from Mission but don't have the Iron Gjallahorn or the item to upgrade it. And as for the Gjallarwing that item was never receive also. I Worked with PlayStation support which had me try a number of things. 1. Activate PlayStation 2. Renew Licenses 3. Delete and re-install Destiny 4. Rebuild the PlayStation consoles database 5. Also asked for a Redeem Code for the Pre-Order Bonus and they stated there isn't one. But nothing worked and suggested for me to connect Bungie support to fix this issue. So if you can please help me to resolve this issue thanks.
