Don't use the new high command class items, the new rise of iron ones are bugged, very similar to the taken king ones until they patched it. I'm using the taken king new monarchy class item, and everything is progressing

I'm having the same issue. I have on High command bond, badge of patron II emblem, and thermisto shader and not getting any progress on this quest. It is driving me nuts!!

Change to older bonds and it will work.ie pre rise of iron
