I suppose aesthetically it makes sense. The circle on Knuckle Head being an advanced scope for the Golden Gun. The multiple eyes on the Arachnid watching your surroundings while your zoomed in. I just don't think Bungie/Activision would change such an important item so late into the game. There are also some people who like the look of it and the perk, or vice versa. Like my friend who plays pretty much Hunter only and recently got Knucklehead Radar, and he likes the aesthetic better than any of the other helmets. So I don't know, it just doesn't seem feasible to try and swap the main bonuses of two very "rare" (I know it's not Rare, it's Exotic, its an difficult item to obtain) when the two items have been out for so long… so yah. I don't think it'll happen, but I agree with you.
