For those who use Mediacom for their internet, it appears that a substantial portion of the problem stems from this particular ISP. Just ran the entire 48GB download for the collection at a friend's place for my SO's PS4, and it finished the entire thing in a matter of about 4 hours. Bribe your buddies and steal their web for half a day, and things should be up and running from there! Good luck, and hope to see some of you in the Plaguelands!

I would love to do this, but I don't have any other ISP available to me so I can't download it any other way.

I've heard of a couple of instances where using a hotspot from a mobile phone at the hangup spots gets you past the corrupted portions. From what I've gathered, its the 23~27 Mb range for the update, or if its the entire collection, the problem spots are 207.5 Mb and around the 17Gb mark. If you have a hotspot at your disposal, allegedly those work, and Mediacom is capable of downloading the rest.

Are you downloading just the 104 Mb update? Or the entire collection?

Bungie told me to delete the entire game and try to download it again. I have vanilla on disk, so I insert the disk and it tries to download the 31GBs of updates since vanilla.

Give the hotspot a try, if you are able to, at ~207.5Mb and then again around ~17Gb.

I don't have enough cell service to turn on the hotspot. My town has really poor cell service. I live in the middle of a corn field, and the closest place with a different ISP is 25 miles away, and I don't know anyone enough to just drop off my PS4 and hope it downloads.
