Seems like a lot of people are finding work arounds by using an alternate ISP, or a hot spot. But for those of us that don't have those options Mediacom is the only ISP in my town, and I have to use wifi to be able to use my phone due to really poor cell phone service, it seems we may never get help now...

Hot spot worked for me but I'm not going anywhere. I'm gonna stay active on here and keep hounding @bungiehelp on twitter. They need to get this fixed!!!!
